- You must agree to all the stated policies on this page when placing your order(s).
- Customers must provide all the necessary details when placing their order(s), as the company will not be held responsible for any irregularities.
- Revisions will be unlimited if we fail to comply with your initial instructions.
- Upon revision(s), no additional work will be entertained which was not mentioned during order placement.
- All the extra work requested during the revision session will be charged separately as per the work count, nature of work and urgency.
- Student(s) can claim a revision within 15 days after the order is delivered, the order should have a word count of 250-5,000 words. Revisions shall be charged after the expiry of this period.
- Student(s) can claim a revision within 30 days after the order is delivered, having 5,000 words or more. Revisions shall be charged after the expiry of this period.
- The company will not entertain any revision on Sundays or public holidays.
- Revision for all orders with a 24 hours deadline will be provided in 8-12 hours from the time the customer makes the request for the revision.
- Revision for all orders with a 48 hours deadline will be provided in 24 hours from the time the customer makes the request for revision.
- We require three days to revise an order of 5000 words to 9,750 words.
- We require five-seven days to revise an order of 10,000 words or above.
